Letting Go
Find a quiet place.
Let your body relax.
Breathe in slowly…
And breathe out completely.
Take a look around you.
Notice the objects — a chair, a wall, a book, a window.
Let your eyes rest on one thing at a time.
Now gently repeat in your mind:
“This does not mean anything.”
(pause)
“That does not mean anything.”
No need to push meaning away.
No need to replace it with anything else.
Just let go of what you think it is — for now.
This is not a rejection —
It’s an invitation to open.
To see what lies beneath all your labels, memories, and judgments.
What if, just for this moment,
everything could be new?
Let go of the need to explain.
Let go of the urge to understand.
Rest in the quiet space where nothing is defined,
and everything is possible.
This isn’t about being right or wrong.
It’s just about clearing space.
Creating room for something real.
Something deeper than thought.
Breathe again —
softly, with curiosity.
You don’t need to know.
You just need to be here.
Open.
Still.
Willing.
